Frequently asked questions
Everything realtors usually want to know before paying for their first reel.
How long does a reel take to generate?
Standard reels arrive in your inbox in about 25 to 35 minutes from the moment you paste the Zillow URL. Enhanced reels (which regenerate every photo through Nano Banana 2 first) take 35 to 45 minutes. You can close the tab. The email is the source of truth.
What do I actually get for $30?
One 30-second cinematic reel in both 16:9 (landscape, for MLS and YouTube) and 9:16 (vertical, for Instagram Reels and TikTok). Every reel ships with real 3D camera motion through every room, licensed music synced to the cuts, a branded opening title card (price, beds, baths, square footage), and a closing agent contact card pulled directly from the Zillow listing. 1080p MP4.
What does the Pro subscription unlock?
Pro is $40/month for two listings every month (refills monthly, cancel any time). Photo cleanup is included free on every listing, and Pro orders move to the priority queue. Effective cost per listing on Pro is $20.
Does it work for properties outside Zillow?
Today, MyReeltor pulls listings from Zillow.com. Realtor.com and Redfin direct-integration are on the short-term roadmap. MLS imports for brokerages are a Q3 target.
How is this different from a traditional videographer?
A traditional real estate videographer charges $500 to $1,200 per listing and delivers in three to seven days. MyReeltor delivers a comparable cinematic reel for $30 in about 30 minutes, with the vertical and landscape cuts both in your inbox at the same time.
How is this different from other AI listing video tools?
Most AI listing video tools produce slideshows with basic Ken Burns zooms across stills. MyReeltor uses image-to-video models (currently Kling 2.6 via Wavespeed) to generate real 3D camera motion through every room. The camera physically translates with depth-aware parallax, not a flat zoom over a photo. A spatial-graph analysis step maps which rooms actually connect to which through doorways and sightlines, so transitions feel like a real property tour.
Can I use these on MLS without compliance issues?
Yes. Every reel is 1080p MP4 with licensed music and a closing card that surfaces your name, brokerage, phone, and headshot directly from the Zillow listing. The motion is generated from the listing's own photos (not synthetic interiors), so the visuals match the property as represented. The 16:9 cut is sized for MLS systems that accept landscape video.
What if the Zillow listing has bad photos?
Add the photo cleanup option at checkout (+$30 on Solo, free on Pro). Every photo is regenerated through Nano Banana 2 before the reel renders. Exposure, color, and sharpness get corrected, and any watermarks are removed. Recommended when the listing was shot on a phone instead of by a pro photographer.
Do I keep the rights forever?
Yes. Once delivered, the reel (both 16:9 and 9:16) is yours to keep, edit, and reuse with royalty-free commercial rights. No license expires. Solo is a one-time $30 charge per listing. Pro is a $40/month subscription you can cancel any time. Output files stay yours either way.
What happens if the reel comes out bad?
We re-generate it free. If anything in your reel looks off (a bad transition, a weird motion artifact, the wrong room flow), email ceo@viralventuresgroup.com with the listing URL and we'll re-render at no cost.
About MyReeltor
MyReeltor is built by Wesam Hindi, founder and CEO of Viral Ventures Group, an AI-native marketing and creative-automation studio. The pipeline runs on Kling 2.6 (image-to-video) via Wavespeed, a Gemini 2.5 Pro spatial-graph layer for accurate room adjacency, and a Suno-generated music score matched to each listing's pacing. Optional photo regeneration uses Nano Banana 2 for pro-Zillow-grade exposure, color, and watermark removal.
Every video is 1080p MP4 with licensed music — post anywhere with no copyright strikes. Customers own the output perpetually, with royalty-free commercial-use rights for every reel generated on their account.
